My bundle hasn't arrived. What do I do?▾
Most bundles arrive within 1 hour. If it's been longer, check your transactions — failed deliveries are auto-refunded to your wallet, and you'll see the status as
failed or refunded. If the status is still processing after 1 hour, message us with the transaction reference.How do I top up my wallet?▾
Go to Wallet and pay via mobile money. Top-ups normally clear within an hour. If your payment was deducted but the balance hasn't updated within an hour, contact us with the mobile money transaction ID.
I'm a reseller — how do I get an API key?▾
Why was my purchase rejected with 'amount does not match'?▾
The reseller API enforces that the
amount in your /buy call equals your effective price for that plan. Re-fetch /plans and use the price field verbatim — it changes when admins update wholesale pricing.Can I get a refund for a successful purchase?▾
Successful deliveries are non-refundable — once the carrier pushes the bundle to the SIM, we can't reverse it. If you bought the wrong plan or sent it to the wrong number, message us with the reference and we'll see what's possible.
Reseller storefront
Run your own branded data store and earn commission on every sale.
How do I set up my storefront?▾
Go to Storefront, enter a store name, then set your selling prices on the Pricing tab. Your store goes live instantly with its own shareable link. Add a logo and colours on the Branding tab to make it yours. You need an activated reseller account — if Storefront sends you to activation, complete that one-time step first.
How do I earn commission?▾
You set your own selling price for each bundle. When a customer buys through your link, you earn the difference between your price and our cost — credited to your wallet the moment the sale completes. If a delivery fails, the customer is refunded and the commission is reversed.
Do I lose money to transaction fees?▾
No. The customer pays the small mobile-money processing fee on top of your price, so you keep your full margin on every sale.
Can I change my prices later?▾
Anytime. Update the price on the Pricing tab and save — it takes effect on your store immediately. Each plan can be listed or hidden independently.
How do I get paid out?▾
Open the Withdrawals tab on your Storefront and request a payout to mobile money or bank. The minimum withdrawal is GH₵10; our team reviews and pays it out.
Where's my store link, and who delivers the data?▾
Tap Copy link at the top of your Storefront page and share it anywhere — status, groups, DMs. Delivery is automatic: your customer pays, the bundle is sent to their number instantly, and your commission lands in your wallet — no manual work on your end. Track every sale in the Orders tab.
Tips for a faster response
